Our team reviews every application carefully.
Qualified candidates are invited to participate in an upcoming training week. If selected, you’ll receive information about training dates, expectations, and next steps.

Training Week
Selected applicants participate in a free, one-week training intensive designed to prepare them for professional remote work.
During training, you’ll learn:
- Digital workplace tools used by U.S. businesses
- AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering
- Professional communication and email etiquette
- Role-specific skills related to your area of interest
There is no tuition, no fee, and no catch. Lelly invests in you first.

Assessment
Throughout training, you’ll complete exercises, projects, and practical assignments.
We’ll evaluate participation, reliability, coachability, and performance to identify candidates who are ready to succeed in a professional remote work environment. We’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for people who are willing to learn, take feedback, and continue growing.

Hiring Decision
At the end of training, top-performing candidates may receive an offer to join the Lelly team.
Successful candidates are matched with opportunities that align with their skills, strengths, and interests.

Your First Day
New employees begin supporting real U.S. businesses while continuing to receive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
You’ll work remotely from Palau, collaborate with team members in both Palau and the United States, and begin building professional experience with globally relevant skills.
What If I'm Not Hired?
It’s a fair question, and one many applicants ask. Even if you’re not selected for a position immediately following training, you’ll still leave with practical digital and AI skills, professional communication training, and hands-on experience using tools that businesses rely on every day. The training week is free, and the skills you gain have value far beyond this opportunity. Our goal is to invest in people, whether they’re hired immediately or not.
