The Role

The AI Product Specialist sits at the intersection of quality control and AI platform management. This role is built for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and able to work independently to see a task through from start to finish. Strong written communication and a systematic approach to problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Receive adjustment requests from client success team members and interpret exactly what needs to change
  • Translate each request into clear, accurate instructions for the AI platform
  • Apply the required change and confirm it has been implemented correctly
  • Test the output thoroughly and identify any edge cases, related issues, or downstream effects
  • Send a concise Slack update to the requesting team member once the change has been tested and confirmed
  • Maintain accurate records of all adjustments, including what changed and when
  • Flag recurring issues or patterns that may indicate a deeper configuration problem

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of catching errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to think through the downstream effects of a change, not only the immediate fix
  • Clear, concise written communication skills
  • Disciplined approach to process — follows steps completely rather than estimating or shortcutting
  • Able to manage an independent task flow and work without close supervision
  • Comfortable learning new digital platforms and tools
  • Prior experience with AI platforms is a plus; candidates without it will receive full training

Training

Training takes place at Palau Community College in Koror, August 31 through September 4, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Full attendance is required. The week covers core digital tools, U.S. business communication, AI-powered workflows, and role-specific training on the platforms, quality control processes, and Slack reporting standards you will use in this role. Candidates who meet the standard on Friday receive a same-day job offer.
