About Lelly

Lelly is a remote staffing company that provides trained, managed teams to U.S. businesses. We recruit, train in AI-powered skills, and hold every team member to a standard we built this company around. The standard is ours. The results are yours.

The Role

The QA Technician is Lelly’s quality checkpoint before work reaches a client. You review a mix of digital products and software deliverables for bugs and errors, document your findings in structured bug reports for the client’s internal team to address, and then re-test once fixes are applied to confirm everything clears before it ships. This role is for someone who notices what others walk past, writes with precision, and communicates findings without ambiguity. Detail is not a preference here — it is the job.

Responsibilities

  • Review digital products and software deliverables for bugs, errors, and quality issues before client delivery
  • Write structured bug reports that document the issue, steps to reproduce it, expected versus actual behavior, and severity level
  • Submit bug reports to the client’s internal team through the appropriate channels — Hive for task tracking, Slack for team communication
  • Re-test flagged issues after fixes are applied and confirm resolution before a deliverable closes
  • Flag recurring patterns and document them so the team can identify and fix root causes
  • Maintain professional, precise written communication in every report, whether the audience is a client or a colleague

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail — you catch what others miss and you write it down clearly
  • Written English strong enough to communicate findings to a U.S. client or colleague
  • Ability to explain a technical issue in plain language that anyone can understand
  • Willingness to learn new tools — Lelly trains you on everything you need
  • Experience with software testing or quality review is a plus, not a requirement
  • Reliable internet connection

Training

All QA Technicians complete Lelly’s one-week training intensive at Palau Community College in Koror before beginning client work. Training runs August 31 through September 4, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. The week covers Lelly’s core tools, U.S. business communication standards, AI-powered workflows, and role-specific QA skills — including error categorization, bug report writing, and quality review methodology. Candidates who meet the standard during Friday’s final assessment receive a same-day job offer. Attendance for the full week is required.
