Internal Initiatives Coordinator
We’re looking for an Internal Initiatives Coordinator to help drive marketing and project execution for the internal brands and initiatives owned by Choose Life Marketing. This role sits at the center of a variety of internal efforts, moving between projects as priorities shift week to week.
We’re a growing, inspired team with a passion for pro-life organizations and supporting the work they do. We work hard, have fun, and are always refining. You must be self-motivated, fast-paced, highly detailed, very organized, able to manage your day-to-day schedule, and committed to producing exceptional work for our own brands, not just our clients’.
If you are self-educating and self-motivated through curiosity, a passion for building relationships, and an unruly desire to do good, this position may be for you. You must have a strong ability to prioritize and communicate effectively across teams. Your heart must lead you, and the sanctity of human life must be at the core of why you do what you do. It is vital that humility and generosity of spirit lead your everyday actions.
You will report to a Project Manager and work closely with our production teams (content, video, design, web dev/SaaS) to keep internal initiatives moving. Because priorities shift, you should expect the mix of projects you’re coordinating to change from week to week based on what each initiative needs most at the time.
