When a client needs a status update, you give them one before they have to ask. When something goes sideways, you catch it early and handle it.

The Graphic Designer produces the visual work U.S. clients count on — brand assets, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral. You read a brief accurately, apply brand guidelines without shortcuts, and deliver work that is client-ready on the first pass.

The AI Product Specialist sits at the intersection of quality control and AI platform management. This role is built for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and able to work independently to see a task through from start to finish. Strong written communication and a systematic approach to problem-solving are essential.

The QA Technician is Lelly’s quality checkpoint before work reaches a client. You review a mix of digital products and software deliverables for bugs and errors, document your findings in structured bug reports for the client’s internal team to address, and then re-test once fixes are applied to confirm everything clears before it ships.
